Account & Login 

Do I need to register an account to use the online booking service?
The answer is yes. You must register an account with valid personal info such as name, email and phone number and signed-in for making any booking/purchase. The registration process is simple, you may sign in via email, Facebook, or phone number.This is relatively important for us to verify your idendity from time to time and to avoid any unnecessary dispute. Please note that guest checkout option is not available. 

Payments:

What kind of payment methods can be used? 
You can choose either debit or credit card with 3-Domains Secure (3DS) feature enabled. The card types available for payment: Visa/Mastercard only. Alternately, you may choose to pay with existing store credit in your account. 

Why won't my booking or payment go through?
There are several reasons why your order may not be going through:
– There may be an authorization failure with your bank – please check with your local bank to verify the status of your credit card or debit card.
– There might be a difference in the billing address between the one you entered and the one on your credit card. Make sure there aren’t any typing errors between the two addresses – the billing address should match your bank records exactly.
– If you are still having problems after verifying all this information, make sure your web browser is up-to-date, and please do not hesitate to contact us. We’ll be happy to help you work it out.

Why was I charged twice upon placing my order?
If the charge shows up twice right after you order, this is a pending charge for bank authorization. Banks regularly practice this during credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This double charge will clear once your card is charged for real when your booking is completed. Please contact your bank with any questions, or to verify the charge.

Court/Coach/Class Booking

Where is my booking confirmation?
Once payment made, you will be redirect to your account dashboard to view the booking details. Your booking confirmation will be sent to the email you provided as well. 

Can I change or cancel my booking/purchase after payment made? 
Unfortunately, changes or cancellations are strictly not allowed once the purchase/booking is confirmed. You are advised to double-check important information such as date, time, package, price, etc., before proceeding to payment. 

Can I get any refund? 
As cancellations are not allowed, there will be no refund even if you choose to be absent or give up the pre-booked court/session. For more information, you may refer to our refund policy here.

Elite Class Training
Elite Class training is from Monday to Saturday. 
Monday - Friday : 3PM - 6PM
Saturday : 8AM - 11AM

Group Class Training
Group Class training is on Saturday & Sunday. 
Saturday :2PM - 4PM, 4PM - 6PM
Sunday   :10AM - 12PM, 1PM - 3PM, 3PM - 5PM
